Before you write
- Corrections: please include the page link and what needs fixing. We review every correction and update the guide if needed.
- Repair questions: tell us what is happening, the make and model if you know it, and what you have already tried.
- Emergencies: we cannot help with urgent problems. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company or 911. For a major leak, shut off your main water valve and call a plumber.
